Dr Andreas Stoll is a partner in the Hamburg office of Renzenbrink & Partner and a member of the Corporate department. He advises national and international companies and financial investors on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate matters.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner in 2015, Andreas gained extensive experience in national and cross-border transactions as well as equity capital market transactions at Hengeler Mueller.
