Renzenbrink & Partner advises shareholders of INFODAS on the sale to Airbus

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised the shareholders of INFODAS Gesellschaft für Systementwicklung und Informationsverarbeitung mbH (INFODAS) on the sale of all shares to Airbus Defense and Space GmbH.

INFODAS, headquartered in Cologne and active at six German locations with over 250 employees, is a leading provider of cyber security and IT solutions for the public sector, particularly in the areas of defense and critical infrastructures. Closing of the transaction remains subject to antitrust and FDI approvals.
