Moritz Rojek is an Associate in the Hamburg office of Renzenbrink & Partner and member of the Corporate practice group. He advises companies and investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and in all areas of corporate law.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner in 2023, Moritz worked as lawyer with the Corporate practice groups of Noerr and KPMG Law in Hamburg.
