Marc Holger Kotyrba
Marc H. Kotyrba is a founding partner of Renzenbrink & Partner and is leading the Tax department in the Hamburg office. He advises companies, financial investors as well as wealthy individuals and family companies. His focus is on tax (structure) advice for transactions (especially private equity, M&A and real estate transactions) and he also has extensive experience in international corporate tax law and advising on corporate restructuring. His main focus is ultimately on the support of tax proceedings.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner Marc gained extensive experience as a lawyer and tax advisor in the Frankfurt office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and as a tax partner at a renowned corporate boutique law firm based in Hamburg.
