Dr Ulf Renzenbrink, LL.M.
Dr Ulf Renzenbrink is a founding partner of Renzenbrink & Partner and a member of the corporate department in the Hamburg office. He advises national and international financial investors (listed) corporations, medium-sized (family) companies in all matters of corporate law. His particular focus is on private equity and M&A transactions.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner Ulf worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Berlin and Munich.
Since 2013 he is a lecturer for M&A and Private Equity at Leuphana University (Professional School) and he has published several times.
Ulf is chairman of the supervisory board of a large northern German family business and sits on several advisory boards.
