Christopher Blumenthal

Christopher Blumenthal is a partner at Renzenbrink & Partner since 2022. He started as a counsel in the Hamburg office in 2020 and is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients with regard to Mergers & Acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures as well as various matters of corporate law. Furthermore, Christopher advises on stock corporation law, in particular with regard to the preparation and conduct of general meetings.

Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner Christopher worked as attorney-at-law and certified tax consultant of a renowned mid-sized law firm in Hamburg and Munich and gained experience as Head of Legal & Tax of a real estate stock corporation.
