Renzenbrink & Partner further expands its private equity and leveraged finance team.

Isabell Hitzer, who is a senior associate at Ashurst will join the newly founded finance team around Dr. Bernd Egbers in Munich as a partner as of 1 January 2020. Isabell has particular expertise in acquisition finance in both national as well as cross-border transactions and will, together with Dr Bernd Egbers lead the finance practice in Munich. The team in Munich will closely cooperate with the private equity corporate and tax team in Hamburg, where Dr Niels Maier, who was already part of the founding team of Renzenbrink & Partner, will be promoted to partnership as ofi January 2020.

Niels particularly advises financial investors, management teams and founders in relation to corporate transactions as well as management participations and re-investments.
