Niels is a partner in the Hamburg office of Renzenbrink & Partner and a member of the Corporate department. He specifically advises national and international financial sponsors and advisors, founders and managers on private takeovers and exits, management participations and co-investments as well as corporate matters.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner in 2015, Niels worked at a top-tier corporate boutique law firm based in Hamburg.
