Dr Bernd Egbers

Dr Bernd Egbers is a partner in the Munich office of Renzenbrink & Partner and is leading the Banking & Finance department. He advises national and international clients in relation to complex domestic and cross-border finance and financial restructuring transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged buy-outs and direct lending. Bernd represents private equity funds, debt funds and financial institutions as well as (international) corporates and banks.

Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Bernd was heading the banking and finance department at Ashurst LLP in Munich and was a member of the international board. Prior to that, he gained working experience at Norton Rose and Linklaters.
