Renzenbrink & Partner advises the shareholders of Argentus GmbH on the entry of GENUI as a new shareholder

Renzenbrink & Partner advised the shareholders of Argentus GmbH on the sale of company shares to the entrepreneurial investment company GENUI and their re-investment as part of a structured sales process. The aim was to gain a partner who would be involved in the consistent continuation and support of the long term growth processes.

Argentus is a leading consulting firm for innovative sustainability, energy and operating cost management in the real estate sector. With its unique offer, Argentus can make a significant contribution to achieving the climate targets in 2030 and 2050.
