Renzenbrink & Partner advised the shareholders of Pumpenfabrik Wangen on the sale to Silverfleet Capital

In the course of a structured auction process, the shareholders of Pumpenfabrik Wangen sold all shares to funds advised by Silverfleet Capital. The acquisition is subject to the approval by the antitrust authorities. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

Pumpenfabrik Wangen manufactures pumps for industrial applications, for example in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage production sectors. It is one of the market leaders in the production of progressive cavity pumps.The company was founded in 1969, has over 200 employees and is represented in the markets of Europe, Asia and the America.

Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH was advised by Renzenbrink & Partner on all legal aspects of the transaction.
