Dr Dennis Schlottmann
Dr Dennis Schlottmann is a partner in the Hamburg office of Renzenbrink & Partner and a member of the Corporate department. He advises national and international companies and their shareholders as well as private equity funds and venture capital investors on M&A projects. Dennis also has extensive experience in advising companies and their boards on all aspects of corporate law.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner in 2017, Dennis has started his career at Hengeler Mueller in Dusseldorf and Berlin. Dennis also gained international experience through a one-year secondment to Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Chicago.
