Renzenbrink & Partner sincerly congratulates IK Investment Partners and Transnorm on winning the Private Equity International’s Operational Excellence EMEA award for the sale of Transnorm group to Honeywell – very well deserved – and is proud to having advised IK Investment Partner on this transaction.

Renzenbrink & Partner has provided corporate and M&A legal advice to Transnorm since 2015, including the successful add-on acquisition of the Sovex group in 2015, the refinancing of Transnorm in 2017 and IK Investment Partners’ divestment of Transnorm for approx. EUR 425m to Honeywell in 2018 by a team led by Dr Ulf Renzenbrink, Andreas Stoll (both Corporate/M&A) and Marc Kotyrba (Tax).
