Renzenbrink & Partner advises TeamVet on the acquisition of Tierklinik Lüsche

Renzenbrink & Partner advised TeamVet Beteiligungs GmbH on the acquisition of Tierklinik Lüsche GmbH.

Tierklinik Lüsche GmbH (“Tierklinik Lüsche“) is one of the largest and most renowned equine clinics in Germany and Europe. Situated in Bakum, Lower-Saxony, Lüsche employees more then 120 veterninaries, horse experts and support staff. As part of this transaction TeamVet Beteiligungs GmbH (“TeamVet“) also acquired a minority stake in Equine Supplement Service GmbH, a premium provider of veterinary feed and care products.

TeamVet is a leading German independent association of veterinary clinics and practices with a focus on equine care. TeamVet promotes the professional cooperation between individual clinics for the realization of revenue and cost synergies as well as for training and continuous skill-improvement of veterinaries.

Renzenbrink & Partner comprehensively advised TeamVet on legal and tax matters as well as the reinvestment of certain sellers in TeamVet. Tierklinik Lüsche is the latest of a series of acquisitions by TeamVet in 2023, all of which were advised by Renzenbrink & Partner.
