Renzenbrink & Partner advises Schwingshandl’s shareholders on the sale to IK Partners

Renzenbrink & Partner advised the shareholders of Austria-based Schwingshandl automation technology GmbH on the sale of a majority stake to IK Partners’ IK Small Cap III Fund, as well as the reinvestment of the sellers. The founders, Thomas Schwingshandl and Enrico Larcher, are partnering with IK and will both retain a significant minority share in the company.
Founded in 2003, Schwingshandl automation technology is a leading global provider of tailor-made intralogistics solutions.
Renzenbrink & Partner provided comprehensive advice on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction, with a team consisting of partners Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink, Christopher Blumenthal (Corporate/M&A), and Marc H.
