Renzenbrink & Partner advises IK Partners on the acquisition of CONET Group from H.I.G.

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised IK Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in CONET Group from H.I.G. Capital. The CONET management team is investing alongside IK. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

CONET offers SAP consulting, communication solutions, software development and managed services to the public and private sectors in the areas Cyber Security, Cloud, Mobility and Data Intelligence. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Hennef, Germany, the company employs over 1,100 people in 13 offices in Germany, Austria and Croatia.

IK is a European private equity firm focusing on investments in the DACH region, Benelux, France, the Nordics and the United Kingdom.

The completion of the transaction is subject to clearance by the relevant antitrust authorities.

The Renzenbrink & Partner team consisted of partners Dr Ulf Renzenbrink (Corporate/PE) and Marc H.
