Renzenbrink & Partner advises on the sale of Finron GmbH to Officium Group

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised Mr. Tayfun Atesli, who held Finron GmbH via AT Holding GmbH on the sale to Officium Group. Renzenbrink & Partner had already advised Tayfun Atesli on the sale of EKB GmbH to Westbridge at the end of 2025.

Finron GmbH is an established provider of metering and consumption-based billing services for the residential real estate sector. Based in Leipzig, the company has built a strong market position through its long-standing customer relationships and expertise in sub-metering and billing solutions. Managing Director Sergej Springer will continue to lead the business following completion of the transaction and support its integration into the Officium Group.

Renzenbrink & Partner advised AT Holding GmbH on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The team consisted of Dr. Dennis Schlottmann, Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink, LL.M., Jannis Dany (all Corporate) as well as Marc Holger Kotyrba and Dr. Jens Wrede (both Tax).
