Jens has been a partner at Renzenbrink & Partner since 2025 and is a member of the tax law practice group. He advises companies, financial investors and high net worth individuals on all aspects of German and international tax law, in particular on the tax aspects of company acquisitions (M&A), reorganisations and financing rounds. He also advises on real estate tax law and regularly represents clients in complex tax court proceedings throughout Germany.
Prior to joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Jens worked for many years as a lawyer and tax advisor in the Hamburg offices of Freshfields (2010-2012), Gleiss Lutz (2012-2019) and Osborne Clarke (2020-2025) and gained extensive experience in tax transaction advice, national and cross-border restructurings and real estate tax law.
