Jannis has been a member of the Corporate/M&A/Private Equity practice group since 2026. In addition to advising German and foreign companies and financial investors on domestic and cross-border private equity, M&A and venture capital transactions, he also specializes in general corporate law.

Even before being admitted to the bar, Jannis gained extensive experience in providing legal advice across various practice areas and in different locations, also at the interface with transactional legal practice.
