Dr. Dennis Schlottmann
Partner
Dennis has been a partner and member of the Corporate/M&A/Private Equity practice group since 2017. Dennis advises companies and their shareholders, private equity funds and venture capital investors on M&A projects. He also has extensive experience in advising companies and their executive bodies on all aspects of corporate law.
Dennis began his legal career at Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf, where he most recently worked in the Berlin office. He gained international experience while working for Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Chicago for one year.
