Dr Lars Kirschner

Dr Lars Kirschner is a founding partner in the Hamburg office of Renzenbrink & Partner and is leading the litigation & arbitration department. Lars specialises in dispute resolution, litigation and in arbitration. He assists companies and individuals in navigating complex disputes before German courts and in arbitration proceedings. Lars has extensive experience in disputes relating to shareholders (or between a company and its shareholders) as well as to all matters of personal liability of members of the management board, supervisory board and advisory board (including D&O claims). Another focus of Lars’ practice is legal advice regarding any conflicts that may arise from corporate transactions (post M&A and post private equity disputes).

Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner Lars gained extensive experience in corporate litigation at a renowned corporate boutique law firm based in Hamburg.
