Renzenbrink & Partner advises founding shareholder on the sale of BBI – Bildungs- und Beratungsinstitut GmbH to CONSTELLATION

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised the founding shareholder of BBI – Bildungs- und
Beratungsinstitut GmbH (BBI) on the sale of BBI to CONSTELLATION ACADEMY GmbH (CAG).
BBI was founded in 1990 The company specializes in job market-oriented training in the
field of economics and computer science/IT for people of all ages (both career starters and
people generally looking for a career change) and has approx. 200 employees and 15
branches in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.

CAG is a newly established portfolio company of CONSTELLATION V Funds, advised by
CONSTELLATION CAPITAL AG. According to CONSTELLATION CAPITAL AG, CAG shall serve as
holding company for future investments in the education segment.

Renzenbrink & Partner provided comprehensive legal advice for the transaction to the
seller. The firm’s team consisted of partner Dr Andreas Stoll (Corporate/M&A), partner
