Renzenbrink & Partner advises the shareholders of prosoft Group together with de Angelis Rechtsanwälte on the sale to Landwehr Group (LEA Partners)

de Angelis Rechtsanwälte and Renzenbrink & Partner have advised the shareholders of Regensburg-based prosoft Group, one of the leading HCM software providers for the German temporary employment industry, on the merger with Landwehr Group, a portfolio company of technology investor LEA Partners. The prosoft Group, based in Regensburg, was founded in 1984 and develops and distributes intelligent software solutions for personnel management in the Central European market with around 70 employees. The previous owners of the prosoft Group will retain a stake in the newly formed group.

de Angelis and Renzenbrink & Partner provided the shareholders with comprehensive support during the sales process, including the negotiation and structuring of the re-investment in the new group of companies.
