Niels has been a lawyer at Renzenbrink & Partner since 2015 and a partner since 2020 and is a member of the Corporate/M&A/Private Equity practice group. He mainly advises national and international financial investors, managers and founders on company acquisitions and sales, buy-backs and management participations as well as on corporate law issues.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Niels worked as a lawyer in a renowned corporate law boutique in Hamburg.
