Renzenbrink & Partner advises Capvis on the financing of the investment in AdEx Partners

Renzenbrink & Partner advises Capvis on the financing of the investment in AdEx Partners, a leading consulting firm for digital transformation and IT strategy in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The shareholders of AdEx Partners remain fully invested and will continue their successful work together with Capvis. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.

Over the years, Hamburg-based AdEx Partners has supported blue-chip companies in the design and successful implementation of their digital transformation and IT strategy. More than 1,000 projects have been successfully completed across a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, industrial facilities, retail and financial services. AdEx Partners is classified as a “Hidden Champion” by the German business magazine “Capital”, has won several “Best of Consulting” awards from “WirtschaftsWoche” (2018-2021) and has been recognized several times as a “Great Place to Work®”.

Capvis, a private equity firm that focuses on growth investments in medium-sized companies, is supporting the management team of AdEx Partners in the further development of the company.

The closing of the transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
