Renzenbrink & Partner advises Apheon on building leading platform in trenchless pipe rehabilitation sector

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised Apheon on the formation of an integrated group in the trenchless pipe rehabilitation market, combining the specialist companies Amex Sanivar, Hurricane Trenchless Technologie, IMS, Innoquip, Kardiam, Polypipe and resinnovation.

The new platform combines complementary technologies and established market leaders under one structure, aiming to offer innovative system solutions to a growing international customer base. With a clear buy-and-build strategy, the platform is positioned to become a global leader in the trenchless pipe rehabilitation sector.

Apheon pursues a partnership-based investment approach and has a broad pan-European network. Renzenbrink & Partner advised Apheon on all legal aspects of setting up the new platform, the intimate acquisitions as well as on re-investments of the respective sellers and management incentives.
