Renzenbrink & Partner advised Xantaro on the acquisition of anykey

Renzenbrink & Partner advised the Xantaro Group, a portfolio company of the private equity firm KKA Partners, on the acquisition of all shares in anykey GmbH.

anykey GmbH, founded in 1999 and based in Troisdorf, is an IT systems house specializing in data centre infrastructure and IT security. The company supports clients across various industries in the planning, implementation and operation of complex IT systems. Its service portfolio includes, among others, Oracle Engineered Systems, backup and disaster recovery solutions, as well as automation concepts (DevSecOps). In addition, anykey develops proprietary security solutions such as the Managed SIEM Appliance and is recognised across Europe for its high service quality and extensive project expertise.

With the integration of anykey, the Xantaro Group – a leading European solution provider for complex IT infrastructures with around 300 employees – significantly strengthens its portfolio in the area of IT security.
