Debitor-Inkasso GmbH is a medium-sized debt collection company based in Bad Schwartau with a focus on the e-commerce / social media, insurance and publishing sectors.

Renzenbrink & Partner advised IK comprehensively on all legal aspects of the transaction, including tax structuring and acquisition financing.

Completion of the transaction is still subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office.
