Legal Clerk / Research assistant for tax law (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for research assistants and legal clerks (m/f/d) to join our tax law team at our Hamburg office.
Your tasks
You will be part of our tax law team and support our lawyers in the following activities, among others:
- Tax support for private equity transactions
- Carrying out tax due diligences and preparing reports
- Tax structuring of private equity acquisitions
- Restructuring of companies
- Preparation of opinions
Your profile
Are you still in between two stages of your studies or working on your doctorate, but want to gain practical experience alongside your studies? We offer employment as a research assistant (m/f/d) at Renzenbrink & Partner during your studies or doctorate. We also welcome legal clerks (m/f/d) who want to gain professional experience in an international commercial law firm alongside their legal clerkship. You are characterized by a positive, friendly manner as well as a careful, reliable and independent way of working. If you also enjoy working in a team, are interested in commercial matters and are able to maintain an overview even in times of increased workload in order to deliver good results, we look forward to receiving your application documents.
