Antonia has been an associate at Renzenbrink & Partner since 2019 and, as a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group, specializes in dispute resolution and litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals. She is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law and advises national and international financial investors, larger family businesses, (listed) groups as well as corporate bodies and their members. Her focus is on advising and representing clients in complex post M&A disputes. In addition, Antonia has extensive expertise in the area of directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O).

Prior to joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Antonia worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) in the Corporate / M&A department.
