Renzenbrink & Partner advises TMC on the acquisition of Guldberg and Personites

Renzenbrink & Partner advised TMC on the acquisition of Guldberg GmbH and Personites GmbH.

Guldberg GmbH (“Guldberg”) is a leading German engineering and IT service provider headquartered in Munich with a focus on engineering and IT specialists for the automotive, aerospace and robotics sectors. Guldberg, established in 2017 and employing over 120 consultants today, was acquired by TMC together with Personites GmbH, a managed service provider for external personnel working for DAX 40 and Fortune 500 customers.

TMC, a portfolio company of funds advised by Apheon, is a global high-tech consultancy company headquarted in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. TMC is dedicated to further increase its European footprint with a special focus on Germany where TMC aims to employ 1,000 consultants in the shortrun and a total of 5,000 employees until 2028.

Renzenbrink & Partner advised TMC with a team consisting of Dr. Niels Maier (Partner/Private Equity), Dr. Alexander Haunschild (Senior Associate/Private Equity), Dr. Andreas Sandberger (Attorney/Private Equity) on all German aspects of the transaction in cooperation for special employment law aspects with Schramm Meyer Kuhnke (Dr. Holger Meyer and Dr. Matthias Münder). Van Campen Liem (Martijn Stuart and Jos Kroep) advised TMC on a reinvestment by the seller.
