Renzenbrink & Partner advises STRABAG on tax aspects of EUR 100 million financing round for CMBlu Energy

Renzenbrink & Partner provided tax advice to STRABAG on its investment in battery storage manufacturer CMBlu Energy AG as part of a EUR 100 million financing round.

CMBlu Energy develops organic solid-flow batteries and is today one of the world’s largest developers of highly efficient non-lithium-based energy storage systems in the multi-megawatt range. CMBlu employs over 190 people at locations in Germany and the U.S., including over 100 in R&D.

Tax advice was provided by Renzenbrink Marc H. Kotyrba.
