Renzenbrink & Partner advises Pantheon Underwriters founders on the sale to MRH Trowe Group and their reinvestment

Renzenbrink & Partner advised the founders of Pantheon Underwriters GmbH on the sale of a majority stake to German Underwriting GmbH, a company of the MRH Trowe Group, as well as on their reinvestment.

Founded in 2022 and based in Frankfurt am Main, Pantheon Underwriters GmbH is a German Managing General Agent (MGA) specialising in transactional insurance for M&A and real estate deals (particularly W&I insurances) with a focus on small and mid-cap transactions across the DACH region. Pantheon was founded by Michael Gaul and Dr Xianbei Li and has quickly become a leading player in the market.
