Renzenbrink & Partner advises MÜPRO on add-on in Ireland

Renzenbrink & Partner advised IK Partners and its portfolio company MÜPRO on the acquisition of MSS Building Services Limited, based in Ireland.

MSS Building Services Limited is a specialized provider of advanced support and fastening systems with strong technical capabilities and a solid presence in the Irish market.

Through this acquisition, MÜPRO continues its international growth strategy and expands its footprint in another core European market. The transaction marks the group’s entry into Ireland and further enhances its ability to serve clients across borders with local expertise and technical excellence.

Renzenbrink & Partner had already advised IK Partners on its initial investment in MÜPRO and on MÜPRO’s first add-on acquisition.
