Renzenbrink & Partner advises E-Commerce Software Group on the acquisition of DemoUp Cliplister

Renzenbrink & Partner advised E-Commerce Software Group, a portfolio company of the funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, on the acquisition of DemoUp Cliplister GmbH.

The Berlin-based company DemoUp Cliplister is a leader in the field of digital product presentation and provides solutions for managing, distributing and analyzing visual content via its platform. These have been successfully used by global brands and the largest retailers in Europe for over 10 years. The company focuses on markets such as consumer electronics, DIY, household goods and sport. The platform enables brands to optimally prepare visual content and display it on the websites of online retailers at the touch of a button using integrated interfaces.

The E-Commerce Software Group unites the multichannel e-commerce software Billbee, the tax and invoicing tool Amazervice, the merchandise management system VentoryOne and the product data management and marketplace connection tool Channel Pilot and now also DemoUp Cliplister under one roof. Renzenbrink & Partner has already acted for E-Commerce Software Group in connection with the acquisition of several of these companies.
