Renzenbrink & Partner advised the CONET Group, a portfolio company of IK Partners, on the acquisition of KERUN.ONE.

KERUN.ONE is a specialized provider of Salesforce-based solutions with offices in Germany and Greece. The company’s international team of more than 50 professionals focuses on the development and implementation of cloud-based CRM applications for upper mid-market clients. With deep platform expertise and extensive project experience, KERUN.ONE supports its clients throughout the entire digital transformation process. The company holds a strong position in the growth segments targeted by CONET under its HORIZON28 strategy, including Finance & Insurance, Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities.

With this acquisition, CONET expands its Business Applications offering by adding a key platform technology and further strengthens its technological capabilities in the area of modern CRM solutions. The additional location in Greece also supports the group’s international growth ambitions.

Renzenbrink & Partner had previously advised IK Partners on its initial investment in the CONET Group.
