QGroup GmbH is a Germany-based cybersecurity specialist providing advanced security solutions and services. The company has decades of experience in the design and implementation of highly secure IT architectures and serves clients from both the private and public sectors. The existing shareholders, including the founders and management team, remain significantly invested and continue to manage the business.

By partnering with Pictet Alternative Advisors as a long-term strategic shareholder, QGroup is positioned to further pursue its growth strategy in response to increasing cyber threats and tightening regulatory frameworks across Europe.
