Renzenbrink & Partner advises Hadecoeur on the acquisition of Natur Food

Renzenbrink & Partner advised Haudecoeur, a portfolio company of Apheon, on the acquisitions of Natur Food GmbH. This acquisition represents an important milestone in Haudecoeur’s European buy-and-build strategy and marks the group’s entry into the German market.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Giessen, Natur Food is a family-owned wholesaler specialising in Turkish food products. The company distributes a broad portfolio of proprietary brands, including Ahinur, alongside leading third-party brands to a diversified customer base of traditional retailers throughout Germany.

Founded in 1932, Haudecoeur is the leading ethnic food company in France. It distributes over 3,000 articles under strong brands (e.g., Riz du Monde, Samia, Légumor, Profruit, La Pastilla, Tantie) dedicated to customers with foreign origins. Following completion of recent transactions, Haudecoeur will generate combined annual revenues exceeding EUR 350 million and will be present in France, Germany and Belgium.
