Sandi Elayan

Sandi Elayan is an associate in the Hamburg office of Renzenbrink & Partner and a member of the corporate practice group. He advises national and international investors, (listed) corporations, medium-sized (family-owned) companies, start-ups and private individuals as well as managing directors on private equity and M&A transactions and on all matters of corporate law.

Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Sandi Elayan gained experience in asset management at the private bank Berenberg, where he was responsible for the initiation of investment funds and their regulatory and operational activities and completed a stage in the legal department of an international listed company. As a lawyer, he also advised wealthy private individuals on corporate, succession and foundation law and on corporate and inheritance law disputes.

Sandi Elayan is the managing director of a start-up.
