Christopher Blumenthal

Christopher has been a partner at Renzenbrink & Partner since 2022. The lawyer and tax advisor started as Counsel in 2020 and is a member of the Corporate/M&A/Private Equity practice group. He advises national and international clients on corporate transactions, restructurings and joint ventures as well as on corporate law issues. In addition, Christopher advises in and out of court on corporate disputes.
Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Christopher worked as a lawyer and tax advisor in a renowned medium-sized law firm in Hamburg and Munich and gained experience as Head of Legal & Tax of a real estate stock corporation.
