Christoph has been an associate in the Corporate/M&A/Private Equity practice since 2026. In addition to advising German and foreign companies and financial investors on domestic and cross-border private equity, M&A, and venture capital transactions, he also specializes in general corporate law.

Before joining Renzenbrink & Partner, Christoph gained practical experience as a trainee attorney at a major international law firm in the areas of restructuring and insolvency, as well as in distressed M&A transactions.
