Renzenbrink & Partner advises HiQ International, a Triton portfolio company, and Scandio GmbH on the acquisition of anarcon GmbH

Scandio, part of Northern Europe’s leading tech consulting group HiQ and a Triton portfolio company, is a high-end digital transformation services company offering IT consulting, agile/custom development and cloud technology enabled solutions. These services are offered to a large customer base, including Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte, BMW, Siemens, Infineon and Carmeq (VW).

anarcon also provides services in the IT sector, in particular agile consulting services with a focus on the Atlassian environment. Scandio and anarcon have worked closely together on projects and in sales for many years. The acquisition is already the second transaction in the current year with which the HiQ group strengthens its position in the German market for tech and Atlassian consulting.

The Renzenbrink & Partner team consisted of Jonas Hamm and Dr. Alexander Haunschild (joint lead) as well as Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink (all Corporate/PE).

Prior to this transaction, teams led by Dr. Ulf Renzenbrink (Corporate/PE) had already advised on the acquisition of Scandio by HiQ and the acquisition of the Atlassian business of K15t GmbH by Scandio.
