Renzenbrink & Partner advises the shareholders of the German FilaTech Group on the tax aspects of the sale of the group to PREMIUM Equity Partners
3. June 2024Renzenbrink & Partner successfully advised the shareholders of the FilaTech Group, based in Remagen (Rhineland-Palatinate), on the sale of the group to PREMIUM Equity Partners and the acquisition of a re-investment. The transaction law advice was provided by a team from LOSCHELDER.
For more than 30 years, the FilaTech Group has been the world’s leading system supplier of systems for the production of hollow filament membranes and the cleaning of metallic filters. Other core competencies include the planning, layout and supply of hollow filament membrane spinning systems, the development of hollow filament membranes for all applications, the investigation of raw and auxiliary materials for hollow filament membrane production and the planning, layout and supply of cleaning systems for all types of metallic filters. FilaTech has already installed more than 40 hollow fiber spinning lines for the production of membrane fibers for the manufacture of dialyzers for the blood washing of kidney patients and continues to develop these on a regular basis in order to remain the technology leader.
