Renzenbrink & Partner advises HydroDyn on the NEXT GENERATION GROUP investment

The NEXT GENERATION GROUP has acquired a majority stake in Hydrodyn Recycling GmbH.

HydroDyn is a leading technology provider with headquarters in Hamburg and a research and technology center in Schwerin. Founded in 2015 as a start-up, HydroDyn specializes in the development of state-of-the-art washing and treatment solutions for heavily contaminated plastic inputs. With a team of 40 dedicated mechanical, process and process water engineering professionals, HydroDyn provides expertise and state-of-the-art technology to meet the challenges of processing plastic waste for mechanical and chemical recycling. The company aims to contribute to a more sustainable and circular economy by converting plastic waste into valuable raw materials.

The Austrian NEXT GENERATION GROUP was founded in Feldkirchen/Danube in 2014 and is driving forward the circular economy with its innovative technologies. The Group combines extensive expertise and technologies that cover the entire product life cycle under one roof.
