Renzenbrink & Partner advises founders of white label eCommerce on takeover by AXS
13. November 2024Renzenbrink & Partner advised Arndt Scheffler and the white label eCommerce team on the entry of the international ticket provider AXS.
white label eCommerce was founded in Hamburg in 2012 and offers its customers an independent e-commerce and ticketing solution. Current white label customers include festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Jazz Open Stuttgart, the Ulmer Zelt and sports clubs such as the handball champion THW Kiel, or artists such as Reinhard Mey, Die Fantastischen Vier and Sido.
The newly formed German AXS team, based in Hamburg and Berlin, consists of executives, developers and teams for sales and account management. With white label eCommerce, the Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), which also includes the promoter AEG Presents, which was previously not represented in Germany, is continuing the international expansion of AXS. In addition to the USA and Canada, AXS is already represented in the UK, France, Sweden, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. In the music sector, the company is responsible for the ticketing of the Coachella Music And Arts Festival and venues such as the Red Rocks Amphitheatre and The O2.
