Renzenbrink & Partner advises the founders of Social Match on the takeover by We Are Era.

The Social Match team comprises more than 120 experts in areas such as influencer marketing, content creation, channel management and paid advertising. From offices in Berlin, Cologne and Münster, the digital agency founded by Robert Levenhagen advises brands such as Henkel, CASIO, Thalia, Krombacher and funk.

The media company We Are Era, a wholly owned subsidiary of RTL Group since 2019, specializes in community and culture marketing for brands, broadcasters, platforms and NGOs. We Are Era has six locations in twelve markets with a total of 250 employees.

With the takeover, Social Match will be directly linked to the international activities of We Are Era, which will create a wide range of cross-media and internationalization opportunities. The management of Social Match under Martin Wroblewski and Bastian Schlochtermeyer will report to the management of We Are Era around CEO Tobias Schiwek.
