Renzenbrink & Partner advised the founder of EKB GmbH on the sale to Westbridge Advisory, a portfolio company of Permira.

EKB GmbH, based in Heilbronn, is one of Germany’s leading energy management service providers for the real estate industry. The company supports owners and managers of residential and commercial properties nationwide in optimising energy supply and provides fully integrated procurement solutions as well as ongoing services far beyond contract conclusion.

Through the acquisition, Westbridge strengthens its position in sustainable energy services for the housing and real estate sector and expands its capabilities in ESG-compliant energy management.
