Renzenbrink & Partner advises B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG on the acquisition of TAO Cosmetics Trading GmbH

B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG, headquartered in Norderstedt, is an international trading company for pharmaceutical raw materials, food supplements and raw materials for the veterinary industry with a focus on European distribution.

TAO COSMETICS TRADING GmbH, headquartered in Ammersbek, is a supplier of finished cosmetic products that are developed in cooperation with cosmetics and dermatology. B.M.P Pharma Trading AG acquires 100 percent of TAO Cosmetics Trading GmbH. The transaction is expected to be completed at the beginning of November 2020. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the exact purchase price.
