Renzenbrink & Partner advises KION Group on the reorganization of the group-wide cash pooling

Renzenbrink & Partner has advised KION Group AG, the group’s MDAX-listed parent company, comprehensively on the global reorganization of the group-wide cash pooling. The project included the preparation of the cash pooling documentation as well as the selection and coordination of an international team of law firms from 17 jurisdictions in Europe, North and Central America, Asia and Australia.
