Renzenbrink & Partner advised IK Small Cap II Funds (“IK”), advised by IK Partners, on the conclusion of an agreement to sell its stake in Bahr Modultechnik Group (“Bahr”) to the listed British company IMI plc (“IMI”). Renzenbrink & Partner had already advised IK when it joined Bahr as a shareholder in May 2018.<\/p>\n\n
Bahr is a leading manufacturer of modular positioning systems that are used in a wide range of process automation applications.
